Need help adjusting to stock SR20det fuel pressure!!!

Hey guys so I just installed an AEM FPR that I purchased from a Zilvian and I need a little help adjusting to the stop spec. I have a walbro fuel pump..

From what I've gather it needs to be 43.5 without vacuum and with Vacuum it should be at 37.

How do I go about adjusting this I know how to increase the fuel pressure and all but, would I just need the key be at the "on" position and take a look at the gauge while the pump is priming and see what the readings are?

and when engine is on and vacuum hose hooked up just make sure it reads 37??

I can't adjust it while the car is idling if I unhooked the vacuum hose my car will die

at the moment when my car is idling my fuel pressure is at 46 and when key is turned on it's at 37...

please help

Turn your car on and at idle adjust to 36. If you unhook it, it should read 42-43psi

I have this FPR hooked up to the left upper nipple only nothing is being T'd off on it it's just when I hooked up or unplug the the vacuum line there's about 9-10 psi different between ,but would 36-37 at idle and 46-47 without vacuum be safe to run?
