What's the story on this motor, who built it?

The motor is a good motor, my tuner reffered me to a guy that usually builds his customers engine. His names Jean Duvert.. Jean built many people engines in the Tristate area... This engine is solid..the only reason why I'm selling it is because I'm going LS1.. I Made 407 hp @17 PSI on 93 octane and I made 537 hp @27 PSI on E-85... The reason why I'm selling the engine cheap is because I want to sell it quick so The money can help me pay for the LS1 swap...
