s13 Mb battles+ widebody. wheel fitment help!

i have mb battles 18x9.5 +15.
i added 30mm spacers in the rear and rolled the fenders.
now its time to put a widebody! (:
i wanted a 40mm to clear the wheels but cant find any.
only 30 and 50mm
its obvious 30mm fenders will rub.

anybody have a clue how 50mm will look?
to much of a gap?

solution: buy smaller spacers, or remove them all together. they fit to begin with.

You only get overs when you NEED them to clear awesomly wide wheels

Not "how much should i space my cheap generics to fit this widebody I really don't need?"

Duh

But seriously. Spacers that large are unsafe and look awful.

This isn't some guy being an internet dick. He speaks the truth. Please, keep the Battles and stock fenders, or get proper wheels for the widebody.

If you aren't rocking 18x11-12 with 0 or negative offsets you have no reason to run a widebody.

a 9.5 wheel and you want over fenders wtf ? Have you not looked in the wheel and tire thread? That would look goofy as fuck with a 50MM rear fenders, even the 30MM overs with a massive spacer and tiny ass wheel.

Get some wheels that serve a purpose in using over fenders, I have them on my car but I also have a 10.5 rear rim with a 295 tire. IMO it over fenders on a tiny wheel would look stupid with a big spacer. your fitment would be shit and look like ass.

definitely understand you guys getting on him bout running spacers and widebody for battles. but if your fenders and quarter panels are all messed up, why not run a widebody and cover up the damage while your waiting to get bigger wheels.
just my opinion...

30mm rear fenders, 17X10 +12 FN's and called it a day....
Because honestly the wheels that you have are gonna look shitty as hell on 50mm overs, and like previous people said running a spacer that big is unsafe, your studs can break and you'll be seeing your wheel rolling past you, if you dont have another alternative just go with 30mm and a 15mm or 20mm spacer.....

He would receive the same advice from those in this thread. Everybody that shed some light in this thread is exactly what I would have wrote in that thread.

So please lock this up, OP isn't taking other's advice in his own thread nor will he receive different advice in the wheel fitment questions thread.

You do know you can bow in the fenders to fit whatever spacers you get right? Put the wheels on with whatever spacers you have, install the fenders riveting only the top of the rear fenders, you can pull the bottoms away from each other so the arches will push in to fit your setup.
