Starter and alternator Draining batt.

Ok so im stumped and I have checked all previous possibilities.

Like the title states the Starter, alternator, battery fuses (kick panel) , and fuses in the main fuse box. all show on with a tester when the car is off.

This started happening all of a sudden.

Ive checked the ECU by disconnecting it and it still stayed on.

so than i removed my my ignition switch and it still stayed on....

cars stock i have no clue what it could be.

New ground cable and alternator and starter and batt.

some one shed some light im tired of disconnecting the batt.

So Your getting 12V at the big wires on the alt and battery? .....Thats normal

youp those wires are connected directly to the battery

so is it actually draining the battery? if you have a drain, do a parasitic drain test. hook up your voltmeter test leads according to the manufacturer`s manual and then start pulling fuses one by one until the drain goes down or completely gone. if you pull the radio fuse out and the drain goes down, the drain is somewhere in that circuit. but on the older cars, a few circuit uses the same fuse. so it might not just be the radio. you have to look on the FSM and see what circuits use what fuses. also, a little drain is normal due to clock, radio memory, etc. but if you have more than .035 amp, something is staying on. newer cars can draw twice as much as that due to all kinds of computers in them. good luck.
