RB Enzo oil question

Ok so I was wondering what weight of oil should I use for a RB and what size of oil filter should I use?

To my knowledge, correct me if im wrong, its 4.5 quart; your choice either 10w30 or 10w40.

What about that enzo oil? They only have 5w-30 and 40... Which one of those would work best.
