when it is stuck down is the car still in neutral or does it release the pressure and engage if not?

if you push it and it staying engaged check the clutch pedal assembly it might be binding if not replace your slave and master its like $25 bucks total at an auto parts store.

i paid 26 bucks for my clutch master cylinder. i don`t know any place that sells slave and master cylinder for 25 bucks. but yeah, check those. if the fluid is really dark or its empty, you`ll need em. also, don`t be surprised if you need both the master and the slave cylinders at the same time.

I had a similar problem, I would have to move it back up with my foot lol ... I checked it all out and it was the mc it was leaking past the firewall into the car. I swapped the mc and it fixed my problem. Check your level if it's changing you got a leak

Remove the clutch dampener and connect the line from the master straight to the slave cylinder and flush and bleed with new fluid.

How about we try bleeding the clutch before throwing parts at it? Verify that something is bad, before replacing all of them. Remove the clutch damper and rebleed... Then come back with more information.

yeah there is prob air in there if you still have the clutch damper get rid of that shit it loves to just trap air bubbles inside!
