Hood and fender alignment

I have a 1990 240sx hatch and Im trying to find out if there is a way to align my hood with my fendrs, my hood sits lower than my fenders, and my fenders stick up above my hood, they are bolted down.

Open the hood and you should see two rubber "posts" the stick up on either side. You can twist these counter clock wise to rise the shut position of the hood. If that ain't enough you might need to adjust the hood latch and raise them some more.

Yeah, also need help aligning my hood. It sticks up at the spot where it mounts to the passenger side hing. I've tried tightening the hinge on both the chassis and the hood, but it still sticks up.
