eeeh.. What's going on guys.. long day, my friend made a trip out here to hand me some black top DSM 450 cc injectors.. Installed a resistor box out of a honda, wired it all up etc. I have a ka24e... I took out the stock injectors, slapped on brand new oem o-rings for the dsm injectors.

When I tried slipping in the injectors to the fuel rail, I have a gap between the rail and the upper insulator. I've been searching and searching with no luck. I was hoping someone with experienced can help me out here and what my options are, thanks in advance..

I used a small 3mm aluminum spacer under the rubber donut back when I ran evo 8 injectors on my sohc.

Aren't the DSM injectors side feed and the ka24e top feed?

dsm 450cc are top feed.

Gotcha, that would explain why the swap is a viable solution for a cheap upgrade..
