Ok so im a noob

i Just wanted some help naming this bushing/arm and this line so i can buy the bushing to replace it.

Also is this the power steering pressure hose? leaking

The first one is a thing-a-majig and the second one is a thingy...
Seriously first one is a tension rod, and second look like power steering lines
