RB25 not firing on cylinders 5 and 6

Finished the swap and tried started the car. The gas in the car has been sitting for a while. Car starts and runs. O2 sensor is not wired in because of damaged connector. At first the car ran with only 3 cylinders. Replaced old coil pack sub harness with the one that came with my wiring specialties rb25det s1 s13 auto to manual swap package.

After we replaced the coil pack harness, cylinder 1 began to fire. Cylinders five and six still did not. We pulled plugs and inspected, they seemed to be in ok condition. Replaced them any way just incase. pulled coil and plug out together and tested them on ground and you can see a faint spark. Put coils and plugs back in and still nothing. According to my apexi power fc all 6 injectors are working. used a stethoscope on the injectors and you can hear the pulse. Car starts and runs, slightly rough, but no black smoke or smell of un burnt fuel. Next step is to swap coil packs around and see if the dead cylinder moves, but i just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced anything similar that can confirm or deny these symptoms.

Just for refrence this is my setup. Rb25det S1, Apexi Power FC, 550cc injectors, Walbro 255, cxracing gt28, N62 maf, 3'' turbo back exhaust and a raw brokerage wiring harness.

If you have fuel, ignition, then check compression.

This is the reason my PFC is at Apexi for repair then sale..... Iso amplifier IC chip #15 also runs injectors, and they tend to fail. Apexi also private labeled the device so you can cross reference it. Check the output with a scope to see if the signal is the same amplitude as the others.
