Weird EGI Pump relay issue
My car wont start with a tested/working EGI Pump relay plugged in, but it starts fine when its jumped with 2 wires.

Can anyone help?

Either relay is bad, or ecu is not sending signal to wire or the wire is damaged somewhere along the line.

good info...i damaged my harness at the time this started, cut, soldered and taped in new wire in so it must be in that area. Is that wire in the bunch that was damaged..who knows?


dammit....the hard part is now.

its a black w/ pink stripe wire. I would test for continuity from the ECU plug all the way up to the EGI relay.

But first swap out a known working EGI relay to see if that solves the issue.
