apexi dual exhaust pass smog?

I have a 95 240sx, Just wanted to know if it would pass smog if it has a apexi dual exhaust on it.

Long as you did not mess with the cat and the car has been maintained proper.. an exhaust upgrade should not fail you.

the exhuast shouldnt matter 2 much when it comes 2 smog.. just make sure ur engine is mostly stock -_^

Correction. The exhaust does not matter at all when it comes to smog. The only thing that exhaust matters on is sound. 50 state legal exhausts pass California sound limits, and hence their legality. JDM exhausts, like the N1 dual are not tested or certified in America, so they are "For offroad use only."
