Failed 240sx SMOG holy crap it was bad...

So i got my car smogged today and i failed so badly
Well first things first my evap test was a complete fail. he said that there was a hole .99999999 big but i was thinking could it be the O-ring seal in the fuel tank seal? also my Fuel cap is bad and my pulse air injection is Disconnected! also my ignition timing is off by 20BTDC please help.

20* BTDC is correct for a KA24DE engine. Or are you getting 40* BTDC?

For the Pulse air injection system Where the hell is that? i cant find that either i found a tube thats disconnected that could be it but i still dont get this.
