s14 sr20det bouncing idle

ok, so i just swapped from a topmount to4e to a stock mount 2871r. i have a vacuum line running from the intake mani to a T (aem full metal T) that goes to the bov and wastegate (internal). another vacuum line goes to the boost guage. intercooler piping is normal. goes from turbo to intake mani. z32 maf and z32 fuel filter with 550cc injectors on a rom tune. i had a small vacuum leak with the topmount but nothing like this. here's what i've done:

full leak test. found the original leak from the topmount setup. found another small leak to the bov. both fixed. no more leaks.

unplugged maf. car ran fine. plugged it back in, car bounces idle

cleaned iacv. no improvement or worsening.

checked spark plugs. they're a little black, but i'm running rich. so nothing there

so that's where i am so far. any help would be appreciated. i'm out of ideas at this point
