ok this may b a silly ass question but i figured it would b worth a try i can get a really cheap clutch from a friend but its a 95 and I have an 89 will this work or no?

as far as I know:
the 89 and 90 sohc use a different clutch than the dohc models. the transmissions should be interchangeable, and the clutchs on the dohc s13 and s14 models are interchangeable, but the clutchs are not, between sohc and dohc.
