wideband 0-1v sensor !?
Hello,
My ark design MFD takes wideband sensor but only 0-1v.. not 0-5v like most wideband we see now. is there a way I can fit my bosh sensor so my MFD works with it? TECHNICAL SUPPORT :: ARK Design USA :: ARK Design Co Ltd USA click for the pdf for more info. Thanks for your help guys! |

0-1V is narrowband. 0-5V is wideband. You must be confusing "lambda" for "wideband" .
No, you cant, unless you make a converter or unless your wideband lambda controler has a 0-1V output . |

I have read quickly the manual on the link you gave, but you are confused.
It takes a narrowband sensor, which outputs a 0-1V signal, in a non linear way. It CAN also use the 0-1V output of a wideband controler,which some wideband controlers can make (i have a PLX and it offers that), but these outputs are often linear, so it gives the possibility to set a conversion map (pretty much the same way the VE table of a MAF is set). |

dude, thanks for the info, I misunderstood.
also i forgot about plx gauges. I decide to buy one and if in the future i want more sensor, i can simply add them to the multi-gauge. ![]() |
