couple days ago i did a donut since then my silvia is making a kinda whistling noise as boost builds up and is not boosting as hard as it was b4 any ideas? ive been told this could be the wastgate accuaiter ? i have a ca18det

Check your couplers bro. Could be something as simple as a leaky coupler or a torn vacuum line.

exhaust leak by turbo somewhere?

Sounds like a boost leak. Do a boost leak test. DIY boost leak test/tester
