Exclamation Sr20det wont start and oil leak!

Ok so I own a s13 redtop completely rebuilt, car ran ok before build besides a cracked block. Fixed that issue and now its all back together went to. Fire it up and it just cranks and cranks, I have fuel pressure and spark but doesn't seem like the pistons are wet. Why aren't the injectors firing.. messed with cas and nothing. Sure enough after a couple tries I get an oil leak... Coming from the timing chain cover. Doesn't seem to be the main seal maybe the gasket(used Right Stuff Grey)? Whats your opinions, thanks in advance.

I wouldnt be surprised if you put too much gasket and you clogged the oil passage.
