could i use a lower harness from a sr20det for a ka24de transmission???

You can, but the starter connector will need to be switched to the KA unit and the two (or three) transmission switches will need to either have the connectors replaced or switched with the SR20 units.

If this is for the S13, we do have a couple in stock.
