K24de no Start after swap

Old Motor ran dry on oil in my S13 so I put a new one in.

Before putting in the new motor we replaced: front main seal; Rear main seal; intake gasket. Also used the fuel rail, alternator, and PS pump from my original motor.
Removed charcoal canister, egr, coolant lines running through intake, and emissions lines running around the intake.
Turning the key will spin the motor but engine will never fire. pulled the car around in first gear and nothing happens except a popping when i step on the gas.
So Id say I've got fuel, I've got spark, and I am rather positive its got compression.

What do y'all think?

Make sure your fuel lines arent backwards. Check your timing, it could be off.

This also check for grounds and pull spark plugs to make sure you did not flood it
