I think they're similar to the subframe spacers/collars.

They are rear subframe spacers. Depending on how you install them they will tilt the subframe forward or backward slightly to either increase or decrease grip in the rear. The included instructions are in japanese but there are some write-ups in english out there for install.

Thank you for the advice, but the price is OBO. The part cost approximately 12,600 yen which translates to about $140. Most of the sites that sell these are based in japan (I have not been able to find a US store selling these online), so shipping costs and the amount of time it takes the part to arrive are considerably larger than if the part were to be shipped from here in the states. My price is representative of these facts. If anyone is truly interested in acquiring this relatively uncommon part, please PM me with an offer.
