Who tuned it? 290whp is do-able on a stock t28, I feel it should be making more than that.

Koji from Drift Speed Tuned it He is a Power FC MASTER!!! and It could make way more but I wanted to keep it safe and reliable if you put 740 injector or bigger you could make a lot more power easily

It's on an 18g with a stock head. 290/300 sounds right.
