240sx SR20 A/C Issues HELP!

Ok so i have an S13 with an SR swap i have spent ALOT of money over $400 in diagnose and part replacements trying to tweak out the issue.

Ok so the other day we put Dye in the system and determine there is a small leak. But my huge issue is every time i drive my car with the AC on for after a short period of time the compressor will shut off and won't blow cold air anymore. It's holding freon fine, i changed the A/C control panel a few weeks ago from pulling one at the junk yard. I have to play with the switch on and off to get the compressor to kick on again.

The guy thinks it may either be the AC panel going bad which is the second one and to just try another which will be my third panel or a little bit of power steering is leaking on to the compressor and thinks that could be the problem maybe, but i had 3 different people check before and they can't figure out why the compressor stays on temporarily then shuts off???

All i did originally for the system so far through out the time, New Dryer, new expansion valve, cleaned evaporator and evacuated freon and recharged 3 separate times at dealer ship also replaced the A/C fan with a nice flexalite single fan.

Do you guys think the compressor is just bad and replace it with another spare one i have any idea's??? thanks

On a strange note before i got the A/C fan hooked up the factory old crappy one wasn't working. When my friend installed the flexalite fan it ran colder and perfect for TWO weeks straight, afterwards that's when the compressor ran temporarily and shutting off again and started doing the same thing again.....
