KA 93 s13 Charging issue and cluster issue

Ok got a 93 s13 dual cam replace the alternator for a new one and got a new battery, unplugged the battery to see if the alternator would hold the charge... It doesn't... Checked all my fuses in the kick panel and engine bay, and grounds,

also my cluster does not work, it lights up and gas gauge works and time clock but nothing else, again check all my fuses and grounds.

Anyone gone through this? It's been bugging the shit out of me been trying to figure it out for weeks Any info would help thanks

If your fuses are good, and your alternator and battery are new, and your car won't run off the alternator, then you have a wiring problem. Check the wires coming from the alternator and make sure the connections are good and the wires themselves are in good condition. If you see electrical tape, remove it to see what it's hiding.
