NORCAL TEAM ENDURANCE AT SPEEDRING – KARTING.

---TEAM Zilvia.Net---

We were thinking about running a couple of Team Endurance races at
Speedring Karting in Santa Clara. A new racing season opens up in May and runs through September with 4 total races.

The Endurance races are run with a 15 minute qualifying period, and 90
minute race.

Race grid order is determined by the fastest single qualifying lap, and
then a 90 minute non-stop race. 4 driver changes are mandatory during the race, teams can be any size, with a minimum of 2 drivers. We did a race last month and you get a fair amount of seat time for the price. The track was resurfaced recently so lap times are really fast. It should only get better as the track gets hotter in the summer. It was a lot of fun, maybe we will challenge other forums to a race. The price apparently is 200 dollars per team, but we got a deal at 100 per team, if we can continue getting that deal who would be interested? Next race is on May 16th.

Race Format:
The racing format will be decided upon the day of the race.

Price: $100-200 per driver. 2-4 Person Participant. ($25-50 Each)

do you mean everyone on zilvia message board will compete for 1 team???

Round up 2-4 People to make a team. Means, Contact your 2-4 guys and make a team.

I suggest you don't get newbies cause if you can not get 28 sec at the track then goodluck to you and your team.

Most of the teams that runs are 28 secs and less. (YEAH! IM FAST! heheh)

BTW: Im not on you guys team. I already have my team. The Best Team.

lol, Al's just talking shit. He's really quite slow. They won't let him camber out the tires on the karts so he's having trouble linking the turns

yeh we do single sessions sometimes (most likely a sprint race as they call it). If you wanna drive sometime just shoot someone an email or something. Wednesday is ladies night and that seems to help a certian someone spend the skrilla on driving

Heartwork- 27.8x is the record iirc. Crazy fast. Set by a girl too. (I think its the weight advantage

Second...I know I'm already left out since al, alex, erik, and barry are teamed up...so if anyone needs an extra let me know...otherwise I'll stick to beating other girls on ladies night!

i wish they allowed one man teams. I would drive solo for 90 minutes straight. But i think i'm gonna team up with my friend. 2 person team. That way we can get more seat time. I dont care about winning or anything. I just wanna drive. Besides, i know we cant beat Takumi and the cool team anyways.
