CA 87 mitsubishi starion turbo

I've owned the car about a year and a half ago when it ran good and looked better, sold it, bought it back recently about a month ago but with issues that I dont feel like dealing with nor do I have time to work on it anymore. I'm tired of dealing with older cars and I want something more up to date that doesn't require any mechanical or aesthetic attention so I'm ready to let this one go. Tags are up to date until dec. and ready to roll. So here it is.

Engine:
G54B motor with 111,xxx miles on it
Rebuilt cylinder head, new gaskets all around
Evo III 16g turbo
Greddy turbo timer
Autometer boost gauge
Autometer water temp. gauge
1G MAS w/ K&N filter (needs changing)
MSD blaster 2 ignition coil
KDM 2.5" intercooler piping
Steel braided oil cooling lines
KDM downpipe
KDM aluminum radiator
Walbro 255 fuel pump
New intank fuel strainer filter
New alternator
New starter
New o2 sensor
New windshield
Mobil 1 synthetic 10w-40 oil just changed

Suspension & Brakes:
D2 coilovers
3sx steel braided brake lines
Mookeeh sway bars
Mookeeh Polyurethane sway bar bushing kit
1 stedbani solid engine mount (the other solid mount tore, there's a stock one on the other mount)

Transmission:
Mookeeh short shifter
Amsoil GL-4 75w-90 transmission fluid

The bad:
Low compression on cyl #3, idle is a little rough but holds
A few dings and dents, could use some paint
No A/C
PS leaks a bit
Front tires are as bald as mr. clean. I got 4 nitto r555's I'm going to get mounted and balanced with alignment soon
no radio

I will get the car smogged before the sale for a smooth transaction.
