Hokay, so, if you have a NRG 2.0 or 2.5 quick release and want to turn it into a 3.0 look no further! NRG just makes rings that slide onto the outside of a 2.0 QR and locks with a c-clip, all 2.5 and 3.0 QRs are really just 2.0s with an outside ring. I am no longer using mine nor do I want it, looking for two cans of monster in exchange.
