if you pay for shipping, yes. I can wrap them up with tires and send USPS, which is cheapest and home they dont get smashed by "hammers" or FED EX/ USPS which will cost more

FYI shipping UPS ground from Dallas to San diego is 135.22 USD w confirmation and 500$ insurance.
USPS is $64.12 per wheel/tire.

given that UPS is better option the difference is not significant imho.
