Was it a pain to get that crank scraper? I've emailed them a dozen times, I got one response saying that someone was going to call me, and then no further replies.

The guy who makes them is an older gentleman who still conducts business primarily by phone. I also waited a few weeks for an email reply before finally giving in and calling.
