Anyone know what year 240s come with the 5 bolt axle pattern?

non kouki 180's i believe, no 240 came with the 5 bolt axle pattern.

or where the axle meets the diff?

If you are talking about the axle meeting the diff, then I don't think ANY USDM 240's came with the 5-bolt.

But, the pre-1995 Infiniti J30 did. And its a direct replacement for the 240 axles.
