Car color
I dont know much about painting. I dont like shiney black color when freshly painted. I do like black primer when its wet though, anyone know how i can achieve this?

Try flat black.
Run a search too, the SCC Project S13 was painted flat black. People talked about the techinique used to acheive good results. You can also pic up the latest ish of SCC, since it appears that they rattle-canned their WRX flat black as well (!). |

yeah they were stupid to mess up the perfectly good paint from the factory to just paint it primer black.But its not my car and they can do whatever they want with it

It was black and white. A panda trueno.
![]() I like that silver Makoto just painted his car and f*cked up. ![]() That article in SCC says they heated the cans of paint in hot water before using them cause it makes the spray more even. They used "Rust Tough" flat black.

Actually I've never seen it. All the cars here are either red, black or gray.

My car was grey, its mostly primered black now though. I heard from some people that I cant or shouldnt leave my car just primered? I dunno. I like how it looks alot, especially when it rains... The downside though is i can still see some of my deeper sanding marks...maybe I should fine sand them and repaint.

First of all dont buy primer from home dept buy from a car paint sho ask for black primer then go to a body shop and say ill give you a bill and spray this primer on my car thank you goodbye
