ka24de bad idle

Hi I have a 1995 240sx, when I start it up it idles fine after about 2 mins it drops from 1100 to 500-600 and then dies out. I don't have a downstream 02 sensor, I cleaned the IACV. I cant think what it could be.

Would that cause the rpm's to break up around 5k?
