im almot positive the fuel filter goes to the other line on the rail.

You messed up the fuel lines

Filter line goes to the rail, return line goes to FPR.

yup, its ur fuel lines, dont feel bad i did the same thing...i struggled to start it for 2 or 3 days...it sucked. then i felt like an idiot when i found out i had my fuel lines screwed up. return line goes to fpr and filter line goes to hard line between intake runners. after that the biatch should start right up.
