i saw a dyno chart of the 240, the hp drops a fair amount after it hit's it's peak HP, why is this? a restricive intake manifold? if so, where can i buy another better manifold?

It's cammed to make its peak that low. I like it because when you do all the basic bolt ons and stuff, you can shift at redline and use all that bolt on power in your power band. Unlike some engines that peak just before their redline, where the bolt ons wont help as much, and even if you use a chip to increase redline, you're pushing the stock valves too hard.
