SR s13sr wiring problem, something aftermarket on my motor?

k on a s13sr before the wiring harness connects to the crank angle sensor which is on the front right corner of the valve cover, it connects to two connectors on the front left side of the valve cover,

these connectors are one in front or the other, one connects to the thottle body and the other i dont know where it connects but got that plugged already

but the one that goes to the throttle body, how many pins should it have? everywhere ive heard its been only 3, and im thinking thats correct cuz i have a brand new s13 wiring harness and the plug thats supposedly supposed to go in there is three pins.

for some odd reason the connector on my motor has six pins wtf? is that normal (cuz of diff motor year?) of is it something aftermarket? ive heard that plug regulates the idle being that it is connected to the throttle body, so what could it be? being 6 instead of 3? now how do i fit it?

help please!! lol only thing holding me back and i hear its important

thanks

well coming over to throttle body there should be a plug right above it and one to the right of it, the one to the right is your tps and the other one i dont remember, then theres cas, ill look at mine in the am if you havent figured it out yet and see how many pins it should be good luck with that.

aright im lookin at my fsm and f32 on the harness is the cam sensor, f31 is VTC selenoid valve, which would be to the right of the throttle body and then thers f33 and f34 33 is your TPS it should be brown connector to the right corner of your throttle body and 34 is just a throttle position switch a plug only for automatic models tho. hope this helps, oh yah and get back to me if your in east brunswick maybe we can get together sumtime ill show u my sr and everything. good luck, email me [email protected]

lol i think i figured it out guys, i have an automatic tps , well i either need to get a MT one or splice it, thanks for the help guys! oh yeah that be cool if we could meet up.

dyou think my motor couldve been an automatic and they just put on a MT? hmm...if they did do that would it perform different, does my motor have less of something? any difference in performance between an auto sr and a manual sr besides the tranny?
