Only mechanical issue with the car is the throw out bearing making a strange noise but clutch still works properly

Cosmetics are pretty bad, small rust spot behind the passenger rear wheel.

I expected to see a pretty rough car but the interior, paint and top look pretty good. Especially the vert interior door panels and OEM seats. Looks well-maintained. GLWS!
