I have looked on the internet for turbo kits for the 95+ 240SX and have found a few. A couple of Qs though ... what are the limitations of the internals, be specific and honest, and how well does the drivetrain hold up, specifically the diff, 1/2 shafts, and the tranny. Before I turbocharge the vehicle I wanna know if it will live for more than a month. Oh yeah and I forgot... im looking to start out at 7lbs of boost.

this has been gone over before... could have looked a few threads down and found this discussion on boost limits

Pretty much at 7psi, you're safe on stock internals, and deeply within the safe range of all drivetrain components.

The current known limit of the S14 KA is 14.5 psi.
