Anyone know what to run for 10psi on a shimmed wastegate that puts out 9psi stock and the controller is a Blitz Dual SBC? Any info would be great, thanks in advance!

I have both gain/ratio set at 1/1 with warning at .50bars with -5 SET. I still hit 1.02 lbs of boost, it's fast but I want to keep my motor! I'm just looking for 10psi-12psi spikage. Am I not setting it right or entering my settings correctly? How do I check if the solonoids are bad?
