Nissan says that the hp is 155 and torque is 160.  Is that accurate and is that at the rear wheels or at the flywheel.  and is it inflaited

That's at the flywheel, and it's accurate for 91-98 models. The 89-90 had a SOHC engine putting out 140hp and I believe around 152 ft-lbs of torque.
