I've got an s13 Black Dash, non-hud. It is in perfect condition, no cracks whatsoever! Does not include vents. Doesnt really matter since all vents are black regardless of color dash, so you can just swap yours over. I'm located in Hershey, PA 17033. Will ship, shouldn't be more than $50 to ship. Since UPS is the only nearby shipping outlet. Looking to get $110 for it.

How about the vents that are near the windshield? Are those included as well?

I coming back to Phoenix, but my car is gonna be pretty full and I won't be able to bring the dash with. I'm gonna box it up soon (pain in the ass since i have to make a box) so I can get an accurate shipping quote. Give me a day or two and I'll have more reasonable shipping.
However, I sold a dash a couple years back and shipping was around $40 UPS
