you stupid cracker, this is already posted in OT. even if it wasnt you posted this in the wrong forum. nobody cares about online petition, it never works. im sure you got all giddy like a lil school girl seeing a pititon to stop cops from pulling you over in CA, but sorry to crush your coloful dream, its not gonna happen, especially with an online petition. sometimes they are doing their job, whether they pull you over or not to check your ride out doesnt matter. your going to get pulled over, juss give up.

Petitions like these never work. That petition is poorly worded and doesn't seem to have many good points backing up the arguement. Personally, I think that petition needs statistics and numbers to back up the arguement. This belongs in off-topic section as well.

dood im not a cracker. im black. usually i get rolled for DWB reasons. don't be such a nuisance to me. too late at night to deal with likes of you. getting rolled on by cops is one thing, being hit up about mods on the car is something different. besides i don't roam off topic. because I figured this would belong under chat. or was it not to your liking. who cares. im posting my opinion or something I was sent. if you fail, get the fuck up and try again.
