what is the best model for the 98 240sx models? what are the differences between the models. how much can i expect to pay for an automatic to manuel conversion?

Well, assuming you are in the states. .

You can get a base 240. . which is base, if you don't want a lot.  

You can also get SE or LE. . Pretty much the same. .

SE:  front and rear sway bars, stiffer springs, 5 lug aluminum alloy 16 x 6.5 inch rims, spoiler, sideskirts, foglights, more standard stuff. . like cruise n shit. . white gauges. . hehe

LE:  Same as SE, but standard upgraded audio system (it's. . okay. . I don't mind it). .  standard leather (black, tan, titanium). .  standard sunroof. . .

With both models, you can opt for ABS and VLSD... I have a 97 LE with no ABS, soon to get VLSD hehe
