accessory wire removal? for seat belts

i put in s14 seat belts in my s13 and i want to remove all the wires that went to the power module under the console. i'm just not sure if i need to keep all the wires there to complete a circuit or something. can i just trace them back to the fuse box and remove them. i dont have a wiring diagram or service manual so i dont know what goes to what, but it's not to difficult to trace what they are for. i have a feeling no one is going to reply.

I have done exactly what you're considering and yes go right ahead. Just make sure you pull the negative battery cable before cutting through all that crap.
