Ok, how do you tighten the nut that holds the knuckle on the ball joint. Mine spins and i can't figure out how to make it not do that. Now im using the old rusted nut which kind of doesn't want to go on too well and puts a fair amount of resistance at times....

do i have to get a new nut for that one? or is there a trick to do this. Book doesn't seem to go in detail much

If it's spinning then either the nut or the threads on the balljoint are damaged. If it's the nut, replace it, if it's the balljoint then you're fucked.

I've got spare Aarms if you need one.

hmmm... i think it's just rust on the nut. the car is a 97, and its the same behavior on both

well i guess i'll mess some more with it today, and if nothing helps ill pm ya
