coool. It's nice to see a well done convertible. Kinda Rare.

Can I ask why did you put lower profile tires on the rear than the front? Also - you need to get that ram-air headlight painted.

I bought my rims/tires local and the guy already had the tires on... he said it was a "drifter" technique. Oh well. When I have to buy new ones I'll just get 45's all around.

The entire car is going in to be painted metallic white within a few months. The previous owner had some minor accidents which need to be repaired, and I will be filling in all of the body lines so it will be off-color. In the end it will look very clean and very sweet.

Yah, there was about 1100-1200 convertibles produced in 94 I think, and probably less than 10% had leather seats, so I think it's pretty rare. Paid $7500 in September 2000 with 70k miles.

Thanks for all the comments!

He already answered that question my240likenoother. I think it's a good looking car! If I were you, since those are the same size rims, I would just go ahead and switch the tires around though because it is kind of odd to have larger tires on the front (even if it is minimal).

I really like the look of the white on white rims though, that's what I had planned also!

In all honesty though, I think that you need to do more to the interior because just having the center console white is looking kind of bad right now, IMO. But one step at a time...looking good so far!

I'm not a big fan of "all-out" interiors. I like a pretty stock appearance. I have indiglo gauges, believe me when I say I debated for a long time whether to do it. What do you mean do more though? Like gauges, etc, or

I will just stick with my current tire setup until I need to buy new ones, since I just dropped a lot of money and still need to save for a 5sp swap and paint job.

OH YAH - Give the convertible a break, it's not that heavy! I let my friend drive my car yesterday and he said it had good pep but what really impressed him were the brakes. I have Goodridge lines which seemed to do a noticable increase in stopping power and will soon be picking up some Hawk or Endless pads.
