It's really hard to see what it actually is in the pictures, but I'd guess that if you have some tree's around, maybe it's like.. 'sap' or something that fell off of the tree.

Not sure what that is, but you should take it back to the body shop. When a car has been imporperly prepped, sometimes you get a chemical reactiong between two different types of companies(PPG base used with Dupot activator and etc.)

what kind of cleaning agents have you tried so far?
get some wax and tar remover if that doesnt work get a little more hardcore is it in the clearcoat? i wonder if you can take a claybar to it and lift it out |

Some denatured alcohol or mineral spirits, which are solvents and tend to relese the sap/honeydew, followed by a clay bar (or children's molding clay). Then rewax...

if nothing else works im thinking it could be a reaction between the the primer and the base.
when you had the car repainted, did you get it peeled off al teh way to the primer or all teh way to steel sheets? if it was all the way to the primer, well, take it back to the shop, they owe you a big one, cuz our cars primer is lacquer based. which will react with the new paint of these days. so, they should have done the 2nd. they should have got all the way to bare metal, and re prime it. with a new primer that wont react with paint.. but that's last resort... the weird thing tho is that it should take about 3 or 4 months for it to show on the paint job... ... oh well... just keep it in mind.. |

Well I have determined that its from something underthe clear coat. Nothing works at all.
I cant even have them touch the car till christmas time due to me moving to michigan tuesday. This sucks. |
