GT3071R Tune and DYNO results - what do you think?

Ok so I just got my car Dyno'd and I am happy but I think that it is a little under powered for my setup. Maybe not what do you guys think?

Setup:
155 Compression across the board
S13 Blacktop SR20DET
GReddy Intake Mani
GT3071R .86 Turbo @ 18psi
3" Turbo Back Exhaust
GReddy IC Pipes
31x3x11 FMIC
UR Crank Pulley
HKS 264 Step 1 Cams
XAT Racing ROM Tune by Martin @ XAT
Stock Turbo Mani

I made 354 @ 18psi. I will post the Dyno chart later I am waiting for them to email it to me.

A problem I do know of is the wastegate act is having a hard time holding 18psi, its tends to bleed down to 17. I will be getting the HKS act to fix that.

I was hoping for 390 @ 19psi, what would you recommend? A retune from Enthalpy? Step 2 cams? Valve Springs? What would the best bang for my buck be as far as the next level.

post the dyno so we can see the curve and all. Where were your peakhp and peaktq at? If you want to get a good amount more power, 2 things that will you help you a lot. External wastegate w/open dump, and a equal length tubular manifold. At minimum I would have an external wastegate added to the stock manifold for best results.

I did 360rwhp on that exact same dyno on 17 psi but I was using the 64 a/r turbine housing.

Almost same mods...
3071r 64 ar
hks step 1's
topseed intake manifold
stock exaust mani with tial38
external gate
Enthrapy Rom tune. Both martin and scott can tune close to one another so one from scott wont be worst or better.

I just listed power add-ons, I didn't list the saftey/stablity upgrades.

I have a Cometic Headgasket, ARP Headstuds, Exedy Clutch, Greddy Rocker Arm Stoppers (to be installed).

My idle is pretty rough right now so I am considering the following upgrades for the next DYNO run. Based on the feedback I am getting from everyone.

38mm External Wastegate
HKS 264 Step 2 Exhaust Cam
Crower Valve Springs
Full Race Turbo Manifold
19PSI

Martin @ XAT said that I shouldn't run more than 19psi on pump gas. (this is my daily driver)

Looks good guys. Martin and Scott are both great tuners. They are also great guys to do business with.
