Hey everyone, just got a quick question for you SR owners out there. I was just wonderin what kind of aftermarket intercoolers you guys are running? What you like/what you reccomend? Prices etc. Im tryin to keep my options open about this, but I deffinately want a new intercooler when the SR gets put in.

From what I hear and what I have seen the Greddy's have the best core and HKS makes a good core. You can get the Greddy pretty cheap at enjuku ($865) or just look on ebay. As far as a Starion (I think that's what it's called) their prices are good but its a matter of what you trust to put on your baby

I want to get the Greddy but that's a lot of money to me so the SMIC will work for now

I currently use the Blitz LM Intercooler. Per an Option magazine the Blitz produced 30hp with a stock turbine on an SR.
On my second SR I will be using the ARC front mount.

I have Blitz on my SR...the shit fits beautifully, looks beautiful, and is the cheapest of all the major brands (900 bucks). It's the same size (a little taller, not as long, or vice versa) as the Greddy, but the Blitz uses a tube and fin design vs. bar and plate design. I'm not gonna say which is better, because I would have no reasoning, but I've heard that tube and fin is better.
