you basically need 2 vacuum lines extra for your turbo set-up...

1 goes from the intake plenum to the BOV
2 goes from the turbine housing or the charged pipe to the wastegate vac nipple

you don't have to recirc your wastegate... i'm running open gate right now too
and the turbo was blowing your filter off?? wtf? you have something set-up completely wrong

sounds like it. Ok, look at your intake manifold and you'll see rubber vacuum lines (kinda small) coming off of it. Go down to the store and get a T-fitting that will fit inside and put on an extra vacuum line. The other end of that one goes to the top part of the blow off valve.
Now, your charged pipe is the one right after the turbo compressor (the front part of the turbo.) there should be a vacuum nipple there, or on the turbo housing itself. Now, the other end of that vacuum line (the charged pipe nipple or turbine housing nipple) goes to the wastegate vacuum nipple.

Your boost controller goes on the last line I described between the wastegate and the charged pipe/turbo housing.

Plugs in the side port. Leave the top alone unless you have a boost controller.

When using a boost controler if you put the hose on the top do you leave the spring in the wastegate? Or is the spring only if your not using a boost contoler so it opens at the springs rated boost?
