Quick Release Steering Hubs

Ok so Im looking for a quick release for my steering wheel. I want one where I can use my horn but I still want the spline type because there is so much less play. So I saw the Top Secret One Touch Release Hub. My question is, is it a spline type hub or the ball bearing type? I know its more expensive but with the Top Secret one you dont need a hub adapter because the base part is made for your vehicle (the splines for the factory steering shaft). If it is the ball bearing type does anyone have one, how does it feel? Sloppy? Thanks guys.

Yeah I was gonna do that as a last resort. I just wanted to keep stuff real clean looking. But its not so much for the horn. I was gonna put a line loc button on the steering wheel. I dont want the horn bad enough to put one of those coil type wires on the wheel.
